“Our 18-year-old air conditioning system was having some issues. Specifically, some rooms too cold and other too hot. Superior Comfort was working on a major house renovation across the street from us and I had the opportunity to talk with many of the technicians. I contacted the company to see what they would suggest to replace the existing AC unit. I was very impressed with the level of detail their proposal provided me. Specifically, they addressed the too hot and too cold issues. I have been a sales engineer for industrial heating and air systems for 47 years, so I am in a position to judge the adequacy of the proposal.

The actual project took two days. The staff that came to my home was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The new system required the addition of a duct and a return. I was very pleased that the staff took extra care in positioning the new ducts in alignment with the exciting ones.
